  • Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) must be completed upon delivery. Refusal of COD orders may result in suspension of your ability to place future orders.

  • You agree that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export without authorization.

4. Pricing & Billing

  • Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and may change without notice.

  • Standard delivery is free; express or remote delivery may include additional charges (see Shipping Policy [LINK]).

  • You agree to provide valid and up-to-date contact, shipping, and payment information for your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 1–2 business days across the UAE.

  • Express delivery (next day) and remote areas may incur additional charges.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues, public holidays). Once handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns once products are opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Exchanges are only possible if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
